Average number of photos is approximately 1 per every 100 square feet.

Images will be delivered to you via Dropbox within 48 hours of the appointment Friday appointments images will be delivered on Monday.

Each image will be edited to the highest standards being sure to draw the eye and capture interest in a listing.

Weather and direction of the property is always taken into consideration when setting up an appointment with a client as I want the background of exterior images to pop and that bright blue Carolina sky is a wonderful backdrop for a listing photo.

Images of any community amenities are included as well if available.

Twilight images are also available on request for an additional fee. As an additional appointment may be necessary.
